Its primary objective is to deliver 51 top-tier "green channel" service measures for 376 designated "green channel" enterprises across 11 categories. These categories include "one-on-one" service for enterprises, listed companies, and corporate headquarters, among others. These services pertain to talent settlement, household registration for their families, and the enrollment of their children.
